Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data and all content Nativve has collected from your connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, uploaded documents) at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@nativve.ai from the email address associated with your Nativve account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. You will receive a confirmation once all data (account details, ingested platform content, and uploaded documents) has been permanently deleted.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You can also revoke Nativve's access directly from Meta: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, remove Nativve, and any data we received through Meta's APIs for your account will be deleted on our side within 30 days.
